Today's morning smoothie boosts your metabolism, enhances your energy, and is super sweet so you have something to smile about today. :-) Enjoy!

 

1 cup of frozen blueberries

1/2 cup of frozen peaches

1/2 cup of frozen bananas

1/4 cup of  frozen mango

1/4 cup of frozen strawberries

1/2 cup of pineapple

1 tbsp of peanut butter

1/2 cup of Greek yogurt

1 scoop of protein powder (optional if you are working out)

1 cup of water

 

Blend ingredients together and add ice or water until you reach your desired consistency. 

Enjoy!
